no warranties with respect to the equipment or software unless
otherwise stated; all warranties, expressed or implied, including
but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness of a
particular purpose, except as may be offered by the manufacturer,
are specifically excluded. We will only replace the defective item
if the technician states that it is the manufacturer defect,
otherwise we may request additional fee to re-ship the same item
back to the customer. The new and unopened item may be returned for
a refund with 15% restocking fee, however the shipping fee will NOT
be refunded and we will not responsible for the shipping fee back to
us. The customer is responsible to repack the item as how we ship
them, a broken item due to bad packing will NOT be processed.
The customer had the responsibility to file the RMA online to
receive a system generated RMA number at
http://rma.eagletechusa.com
and
included one copy of the RMA printout in the packaging. All
packaging that sent to us WITHOUT a valid RMA number and verified
information will NOT be accepted and will be shipped back to the
shipper at his/her own expenses.
The RMA item will be processed in the order we received, the actual
processing time will take 7-14 business days from the
receiving date. eagletechusa.com will replace the item due to
manufacture defect base on its decision, and also may exchange any
defective item which is currently OUT-OF-STOCK or DISCONTINUED-ITEM
with another similar model. eagletechusa.com will refund the
customer base on its decision in the way the payment of purchase was
made and it will take additional 7 business days until the money
reach the account.

the RMA status online at
